OUR POLICY

CANCELLATION POLICY

If your class gets rained out 2 or more times per week, we will use our scheduled make-up day for the following week. We have scheduled make-up days for each class(see below). We send emails to each parent before class that day if the class is canceled.

HIGH PERFORMANCE

We will have a scheduled Saturday from 8:00-12:00 pm make up day reserved for our high performance players if 2 or more classes get rained out during that week. We also will still host practice on some rain days and do an indoors fitness session and mental training session if we have our reserved indoor space available. You will know before class time if we will have our indoor fitness/mental training day or a cancellation.

12U and 18U

Rain days are rescheduled between Monday-Friday the following week. If you miss that make-up, you cannot request a make-up or refund. Parents will all receive an email with details on the make-up. For any chance we can not make up the class, the class will be refunded.

​IF WE GET RAINED OUT DURING CLASS TIME

In the case that we get rained out once the class has already begun, we will be indoors in the lounge area for 6U, 12U and 18U. High Performance players will go indoors to do fitness and/or mental training. Parents will receive an email in regard to refund or make-up depending on the time that was left in the class.
